Went for lunch with our family from out of town. Our waitress Alexia was the best waitress we have had there ever. Took a potential boring lunch and made it a fun time. Food was fast a delicious as well.
The food is good and our server was friendly. The burnt ends were tender, juicy, and flavorful. The sweet potato fries have a nice crispy outside and then they melt in your mouth!
I am always impressed with bandannas. The servers were super sweet and even put up with our toddler throwing a small tantrum. Great food as always.
I got pork and brisket. Barbecue was nice and tender, not fatty had a mild smoke flavor. I tried their 5 sauces. I found the original sauce to be one of the better sauces as well as the spicy sauce, which was not spicy but had good flavor.
Everything was good, service was excellent. Only downside is that the burnt ends are always out, and other items.
All the sides to our meal were hot, but the actual BBQ meat was cold so I let the waitress know and she brought out another plate of meat.... But even the second plate was cold, so I talked with the manager and he went back to the kitchen to see what the problem was, and brought out a 3rd HOT plate of BBQ meat.... and then told me he was taking it OFF the bill!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE, Even though I told him I would pay for it but he refused. I will DEFINITELY be going back, because anyplace that goes that far out of their way to please a customer deserves respect The picture I added is the first 2 plates that were cold..... But the 3rd HOT plate of BBQ was just smelling & tasting too good to get a picture
We are very happy with everything except we are unhappy that you don't have sweet potato fries. That is the main reason we ate at bandanas because they are the best.
The server we had didn't share her name, but she was incredibly nice and friendly without being pushy. She attended to us, made a little small talk, and left us to eat. A super pleasant experience.
